Recently he is working in NSHM College of Pharmaceutical Technology, Kolkata as an Associate Professor and as a Research advisor. He is involved in the research work of nanoparticulate drug delivery systems. He has 75 publications in reputed national & International Journals and presented number of papers in different national and international conferences. He has published 20 books, book chapters & having 15 Patents (India, UK, South Africa, and German). He has acted as an Editorial board member in different national & international journals and acted as convener/Resources person in different International/National conferences, Webinars, short term training programmes and Faculty development programmes. He has been recognized as an Innovation ambassador by AICTE, Expert UHV Faculty by AICTE & Expert CBIT Scheme faculty by PCI.
